Gemesis Diamond Company’s 60-Day Return Policy
Our 60-day return policy offers you ample time to confirm you made the right decision. However, if for any reason you decide to return your purchase within the 60-day period, we will provide you with a 100% refund. To issue your refund, Gemesis will need to confirm that the item is not custom engraved, damaged, shows wear or has been modified. Following that confirmation, your refund will be immediately processed.
- Receive your return authorization number by calling 866-799-8885 or emailing email@example.com (please include your Gemesis invoice number). The return authorization number will be the basis for all return documentation.
- Package your Gemesis item(s) in the original packaging including all collateral materials and diamond certificate(s). If a certificate(s) is not returned, a $25 fee for each will be deducted from the refund.
- According to your preference, you will receive a FedEx return label via email or mail. There is no charge to you for the shipping or insurance, however, the package must be dropped off at your nearest FedEx facility.
