Patricia Kosecher, Director, Human Resources
Pat graduated from the State University at Binghamton, NY with a B.S. in Business Management in 1980. She held various positions with General Electric (GE) Aerospace ranging from Cost Accountant to Program Manager for Flight Control Systems and later became the Manager of Materiel for the billion dollar nuclear submarine program in Syracuse, NY. One of GE’s original corporate diversity managers, Pat was instrumental in helping change the human landscape for the 40, 000 employees at Power Systems headquartered in Schenectady, NY. She joined Lockheed Martin’s Human Resource Department at Knolls Atomic Power Lab in 1994 and later became the Director of Human Resources for the 1,200 civilian employees at the Milan Army Ammunition Plant in Milan, TN. Following her move to Florida in 2000 she joined Global Signal, the country’s second largest telecommunications company, where she remained as Vice President, Human Resources until the company was sold in 2007.
